Le travail de la Zurichoise Alexandra Navratil interroge le dispositif vidéo de manière très poétique : image soignée, impression de suspension, jeux de temporalité. Elle utilise techniques, stratégies et théories de l’image – dont le structuralisme – afin d’explorer la question de la notion du temps cinématographique aux prises avec la rationalisation économique. Elle propose ici une installation vidéo en deux parties qui sied particulièrement bien au petit espace qu’est Trafic.
TRAFIC Vendredi 04 – 18-22h Samedi 05 – 15-22h Dimanche 06 – 12-18h The work of Alexandra Navratil, originally from Zurich, questions the video device in a very poetic manner: careful attention given to the image, impression of suspension, temporality games. She uses image techniques, strategies and theories – such as structuralism – to explore the question of the notion of cinematographic time battling with economic rationalisation. She proposes here a video installation in two parts that is particularly well suited to the small venue that is Trafic.
