Atypique, le travail de ces jeunes femmes prend racine dans une connaissance intime et sensuelle de la fabrication et du travail du verre. Leurs performances, formellement très maîtrisées, explorent toutes les sensations associées à leur matière de prédilection, jouent du contraste entre les propriétés du verre (sa transparence, sa fragilité, son éclat, son tranchant, sa fraîcheur, son fracas…), et celles du corps pour nous parler très simplement et très directement des rapports humains.

Atypical, the work of these young women has its roots in an intimate and sensual knowledge of the manufacturing of glass. Their performances, formally very mastered, explore all the sensations associated with their material of preference, play with the contrast between glass’ properties (its transparency, its fragility, its glow, its cutting edge, its freshness, its crash) and those of the body to tell us very simply and directly about human rapports.
